Columbia GSAPP is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2021-2022 GSAPP Incubator Prize. For this award cycle, the prize was dedicated to supporting new forms of anti-racist professional practice and to funding alumni-led initiatives that critically redefine community engagement and participation. Special consideration was given to proposals serving BIPOC communities, in particular projects that engage communities in Harlem.

Collectively, their projects reflect the breadth of approaches with which the Columbia GSAPP alumni community critically and creatively explores new ways of addressing the urgent issues of today. Read full announcement here.

GSAPP Career Services is hosting its first Virtual Employer Networking Event to introduce students to firms with exciting professional opportunities.

Masaha is a student association that investigates contemporary issues facing the Arab world. The association aims to connect creative students across disciplines to contribute to the improvement and development of scholarship that focuses on the Arab world.

rAADio is an investigation by Advanced Architectural Design students that explore the questions of how we expand the traditional role and associations of architecture between assemblages, interrelationships, bodies, and technologies; beyond simple scalar translations.
