The annual DesignIntelligence survey of America’s Top Ranked Architecture & Design Schools asks leaders and professionals in the field to share insight on the various academic programs and their ability to best prepare graduates for professional practice, and we are proud that Columbia GSAPP has been ranked #2 among the Top Architecture Graduate Programs five times in the past ten years.

If you are an architecture professional in a position of hiring or managing graduates, we hope that you will be able to participate in this year’s survey before the deadline of Monday, August 8. The 2022 End of Year Show engages with the most important issues of our time: climate change, social and racial justice, and critical uses of technology. The broad range of projects—collectively-authored studio reports, visionary renderings, interactive data visualizations, engaging interviews, immersive films, and more—is a testament to the students’ inexhaustible curiosity and commanding skills. The work is imbued with an ethics of collaboration and reveals how GSAPP students are expanding knowledge and understanding of how people inhabit buildings, move through space, and form attachments to places.
