Monuments have been at the center of Chile’s social upheaval, and instrumental in the national conversation that led to the recent Constitutional Convention. Join us to mark the US release of Sobre Monumentos Públicos by the University of Chile Editions, the Ministry of Culture, and the University of Chile Heritage Center. Five of the book’s authors will explore the recent Chilean debate surrounding public monuments.
This event will be held in person at Columbia University’s Faculty House, and also live-streamed on the GSAPP YouTube Channel.
