On Friday, September 7th at 6:30pm, Columbia GSAPP welcomes Evan Sharp, co-founder of Pinterest, to present his work and ideas during the Fall semester’s inaugural lecture.
The lecture will be preceded by the conference Labs, Incubators, Colonies at 2:00pm, a discussion hosted by David Benjamin and Karen Wong on innovation in design, tech, and the arts. Guests include Marcus Weldon, CTO of Nokia and President of Bell Labs; Janna Levin, Director of Sciences at Pioneer Works/Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Barnard; Andrea Chen, Executive Director of Propeller; Rick Turoczy, General Manager of PIE; Tui Te Hau, General Manager of Mahuki at Te Papa, New Zealand and Daphne Kwon, CFO of Betaworks.
