The Columbia GSAPP Real Estate Development Lecture Series hosts weekly presentations by industry leaders who share their expert knowledge, professional experiences, and career advice with students.
The Spring 2025 semester series launched this week with Ed Adler ‘88 MBA (above), the first of ten speakers representing a range of asset classes, markets, and career trajectories. Adler is the Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer for Lubert Adler, with over 35 years of experience investing in, structuring/restructuring debt instruments including commercial real estate loans, CMBS, CLOs/CDOs, repurchase agreements, corporate real estate facilities, non-performing loan portfolios (NPLs), and distressed debt across U.S and international markets.
