Davis Zhu ’22 MSRED, Director of Investments at Jemstone Management, is involved in acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s portfolio, including the development at 410 West 126th Street in Manhattanville. The mixed-use project—containing approximately 92–93 rental units—sits between Columbia’s campus expansion and the West 126th Street corridor.

The building adds to the ongoing developments of the Manhattanville and West Harlem area, a part of the city where new residential, academic, and commercial development continues to reshape the area surrounding the University’s Manhattanville campus.

Elisa Orlanski Ours ’01 MSRED, Partner at Rabina, contributed to the development of Moss, a private social club located near Bryant Park in Manhattan. The project occupies space within a recently completed Rabina building and forms part of the firm’s broader mixed-use portfolio in Midtown.

Moss opens this week and introduces a hospitality programme within the development, adding a new tenant type to the building and reflecting the diversification of uses now concentrated in this area of Midtown.
