Miho Mazereeuw (MIT) is one of the Mission Directors of the MIT Climate Project, an institute-wide effort to address the world’s accelerating climate crisis. Trained as an architect and landscape architect, she also leads the Urban Risk Lab, which focuses on designing resilient cities that are prepared for risks such as earthquakes, flooding, cyclones, and heat stress.

Mazereeuw will present the lecture “Designing for Resilience” for AAD Arguments. She will be introduced by Alex Kim and joined by David Eugin Moon (N H D M) and AAD students to provide a response following the presentation and host a Q&A session.

Max Núñez Bancalari ‘10 MSAAD is a Chilean architect and founder of Max Núñez Arquitectos. Based in Santiago, Chile, his work develops a material, spatial, and typological investigation informed by specific topographies and territorial narratives.

Lindsay Brand ’14 MSRED joined Concert Properties as Chief Investment Officer. She leads the team responsible for the income-producing property portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset and fund management, leasing and property management.
