Miho Mazereeuw (MIT) is one of the Mission Directors of the MIT Climate Project, an institute-wide effort to address the world’s accelerating climate crisis. Trained as an architect and landscape architect, she also leads the Urban Risk Lab, which focuses on designing resilient cities that are prepared for risks such as earthquakes, flooding, cyclones, and heat stress.
Mazereeuw will present the lecture “Designing for Resilience” for AAD Arguments. She will be introduced by Alex Kim and joined by David Eugin Moon (N H D M) and AAD students to provide a response following the presentation and host a Q&A session.
