Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation invites you to attend the symposium, *Architecture + Technology: Pedagogy in an Age of Disruption* on Friday, February 10. The full-day event examines technology's impact on the field of architecture beyond building-centric technology and evidence-based design. How might we respond to the increasing urgency within architectural education to adapt to meet industry demands? How might technological advances change the ways in which we perceive value, with human efficiency and well-being might take precedence over resource performance? The symposium seeks to evaluate the current role and potential of technology, while interrogating the strategies by which it is being taught, in order to arrive at relevant modes of practice that are in tune with the disruptions that are now emerging. **Speakers** **David Benjamin**, Columbia GSAPP (M.Arch '05) **Lise Anne Couture**, Columbia GSAPP **Anna Dyson**, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute **Jens Dyvik**, Fellesverkstedet **Billie Faircloth**, KieranTimberlake **Nick Gelpi**, Florida International University (MSAAD '03) **Ben Gilmartin**, Diller Scofidio + Renfro **Michael Ulrich Hensel**, Oslo School of Architecture and Design **Mimi Hoang**, Columbia GSAPP **Kasper Guldager Jensen**, 3XN/GXN **Vincent Loubière**, Airbus ProtoSpace **Scott Marble**, Georgia Tech (M.Arch '86) **Forrest Meggers**, Princeton University **Kiel Moe**, Harvard GSD **Silvia Prandelli**, Columbia GSAPP **Ingeborg Rocker**, Dassault Systèmes **Jenny Sabin**, Cornell University **Hilary Sample**, Columbia GSAPP **Craig Schwitter**, Columbia GSAPP **Kevin Slavin**, MIT Media Lab **Meejin Yoon**, MIT Organized by Craig Schwitter and Columbia GSAPP.
