**Career Services will start accepting applications for the Mentorship Program on Tuesday, September 4th!** The Program ​matches 50 students with 50 alumni based on mutual interests, geographic location preferences, and professional backgrounds. Mentors help students explore their career interests, discuss the transition from the academic to the professional world, and often help make introductions to others in the field. Mentors and students meet in person or exchange emails at least twice a semester, starting in September and ending in May. Career Services will provide support and check-ins for the participants, and a kick-off reception will be held to mark the start of the program, allowing all participants to socialize as a group. **Students must apply to participate in the program. The application will open on Tuesday, Sept. 4th and will be announced via the CS newsletter.
