Congratulations to the many Columbia GSAPP Faculty and Alumni who are participating in this year’s Venice Biennale of Architecture through installations, curatorial projects, and performances. These important contributions are part of the main exhibition curated by Carlo Ratti, as well as national pavilions and collateral events held throughout Venice beginning in May.

• Columbia News’ “Notebook” column featured Pimchid Chariyacharoen ’25 MSAAD on her path to GSAPP and plans for after. As she approaches graduation, Pimchid’s short term goal is to explore teaching opportunities. In the long term, she hopes to solidify her research, which aims to integrate urban food production and biological cycles to make cities more self-sufficient and sustainable.
• Faculty members and Exhibit Columbus 2024–25 participants, Emanuel Admassu (Miller Prize), Nina Cooke John (Miller Prize), and Amelyn Ng (University Research Fellow) present their design concepts for community feedback at the Design Presentations hosted by Exhibit Columbus for the 2025 Exhibition, “Yes And.” Learn more.
