Avery Hall Investments—founded by Avi Fisher ’08 MSRED, Brian Ezra ’07 MSRED, and Jesse Wark ’07 MSRED—in partnership with Thomas Brodsky ’08 MSRED of The Brodsky Organization, is leading the development of a new mixed-use residential community in Brooklyn’s Gowanus neighborhood.
Now in its final construction phase, 499 President “draws inspiration from the area’s historic fabric,” shared Jesse Wark. The development integrates into the neighborhood’s streetscape with designed green spaces, warehouse-style windows, and a brick facade.
