• 10K House” by TAKK (faculty Mireia Luzárraga) is nominated for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture / Mies van der Rohe Awards 2026. The Barcelona apartment renovation, completed with a budget of just 10,000 euros, reimagines domestic life amid the energy crisis, positioning a new model for ecological and spatial innovation in the city.

• LTL Architects (faculty Mark Tsurumaki) selected as one of seven teams to participate in The Resilient Campus, an international design competition to develop transdisciplinary approaches to resilience for academic campuses and organized by the University at Buffalo.

• Faculty Lydia Kallipoliti’s “Histories of Ecological Design; An Unfinished Cyclopedia,” a critical mapping of how architecture and design intersect with ecology, environmental policy, and governance from the 19th century to today, is translated into Chinese and published by Huazhong University of Science and Technology Press.

• Architensions (faculty Alessandro Orsini and Nick Roseboro CCCP ’23) participate in the 4th Porto Design Biennale: “Time is Present: Designing the Common“.
