Arjun Menon ’18 MSRED of Sweid & Sweid, co-founded by Maher Sweid ’06 MSRED, continues work on Sweid One, a landmark 500,000-sq-ft commercial development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. With expansive 30,000-sq-ft floorplates, four basements of parking, and direct access to First Al Khail Street, the project redefines Grade-A office design in Dubai.

Conceived to international standards, Sweid One integrates sustainability, flexibility, and user experience at its core, introducing a next-generation workplace that supports a diverse mix of tenants, retail, and dining. As construction advances, the project stands as a new benchmark for how commercial architecture can catalyze economic and urban growth in the region.
