Rosanne Haggerty ’89 MSRED co-leads the Home Genome Project, an initiative exploring how AI can function as civic infrastructure to support housing policy, land use, and delivery.

The project treats data as a shared resource, developing open AI tools, potential guidelines, and peer-learning playbooks to help cities move beyond siloed dashboards toward coordinated, accountable housing production.

Home Genome is launching a pilot cohort with a goal to supporting 50 cities with more housing projects by 2030.

Jason Denoncourt ’07 MSRED, Vice President at Renovo Financial, is named co-chair of the newly launched Small-Scale Development Council by Urban Land Institute, (ULI) Boston/New England. The new council convenes the people who make small, neighborhood-scale projects happen—owners and developers alongside architects, lenders, attorneys, and builders—focused on infill, redevelopment, and other human-scale work across the Boston/New England region.

Denoncourt will help lead the council’s efforts to spotlight exemplary small-scale projects and strengthen cross-disciplinary networks in the local real estate community.

Two MSRED Architect–Developer Dialogues recently took place at GSAPP, bringing practitioners into conversation around collaboration, authorship, and development-led design.
