Enrollment Decision and Deposit
Submit your enrollment decision/pay non-refundable deposit fee by April 15
You will need a credit card, Visa & Mastercard only
Submit Enrollment form in Application Portal
Dual Degree candidates within GSAPP need only submit one deposit, please contact the GSAPP Student Affairs for further instructions

International Students: Apply for a Visa immediately after submitting Enrollment form

Immunization Part 1

Fill out Student Section, and get your Doctor/Physician to fill out the rest of the form.
Submit MMR Documentation to Immunization Compliance by Mail, Fax or in Person.

Housing
Apply For UAH Housing - by April 15th You will need your CUID/PID & UAH Sign Up Code
Create and submit an application in the UAH Housing Portal:
Lottery Dates: Round 1: Released April 20th If you do not receive an allocation in the first round, you are advised to seek other alternatives (see below) Round 2: Released May 1st Round 3: Released May 15th

Activate UNI after April 18th
You’ll need your Name, Birthdate & Social Security Number (if applicable)

After you activate your UNI please check your email: lionmail.columbia.edu
All communications from the Office of Student Affairs will be sent to the email you listed on your application until the first day of classes. After that point all communications will be sent to your Columbia email address.

Deadline for Registration Changes - Summer: June 8th
E-Bill
Pay for Tuition & Fees - end of Add/Drop period In SSOL an E-bill will generate with a due date. You can pay your tuition and fees for the semester. Visit Student Financial Services for more information.
Assistantships
Apply for Fall Assistantships Applications for Assistantships will go online in June Submit applications by July online.
All-School Orientation

Official Transcript Submissions
Submit transcripts to Admissions Office - due by the end of second semester
All incoming students who provided a scanned copy of their transcript(s) in their application on must provide an official transcript (in a signed and sealed envelope, or a notarized copy of a certified translation) by the end of their second semester at GSAPP. If the transcript is not in a sealed envelope, it will not be accepted.
