TY CHEA / Head of Sales, Urban Living Solutions
Urban Living Solutions (ULS) is a real estate and lifestyle development firm concentrating on community-focused solutions to meet Cambodia’s rapid urbanization. Based in Phnom Penh, ULS builds livable urban spaces that connect people and nurture communities. Mr. Ty Chea joined ULS as the Head of Sales and oversees the business operations of the development. Prior to joining ULS, he was in Australia, and has 20 years in Real Estate Industry, starting as a Sales Cadet and achieving Number 1 in RateMyAgent for six consecutive years (2014-2020). Currently, he is responsible for Sales Strategy and Customer Experience at ULS.
HUN CHANSAN / Founder / Principal Architect, re : edge
Mr. Hun Chansan has spent more than 15 years studying abroad in Singapore and the United States. After completing high school in Singapore, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts to attend Massachusetts College of Arts & Design and Northeastern University, where he received his Master of Architecture with the Class of 2009. He then returned to Cambodia, quickly establishing himself as a lecturer and guest
professor at multiple universities in Phnom Penh. He went on to establish re : edge Architecture in 2011. Chansan is a licensed and registered architect at the Board of Architects Cambodia (B.A.C.) and is actively involved with the Architect Association of Cambodia. He has been named as one of the top ten Cambodian Young Entrepreneurs for 2017. In 2018, he was named Personality of the Year from the PropertyGuru Cambodian Property Awards. In addition, he has been featured internationally through multiple journals and magazines. Most recently, he was enlisted in the Singapore Straits Times’ 50 Asians to Watch and has also been certified as an ASEAN architect, representing Cambodia among other outstanding individuals, each representing their respective countries.
