Urbantech Start-Ups

Come hear from recent founders from the Urban-X Accelerator Program. These founders have new companies focused on urbantech solutions with platforms that integrate sustainability into new building construction and simplify multifamily housing finance.

Kanan Ajmera is the founder of Builders Patch, a platform that helps to facilitate financing for multifamily housing.

Max McCafferty is the founder of Upward, a platform making it easy to collect, store and utilize building energy data.

Seyfihan Usarer and Josef Bromovsky are founders of Algoma, a start-up that partners with real estate developers to automate the repeatable delivery of zero-carbon buildings and transform the environment we live in.
