Alumni Connections in Bangkok

Join Rachaporn Choochuey ‘98 MSAAD in conversation on teaching and learning at GSAPP today with Bart-Jan Polman '10 MSAAD, Director of Exhibitions and Public Programs and Curator of the Arthur Ross Architecture Gallery, on Monday, December 9th from 6 pm to 10 pm ICT at the Jim Thompson Art Center. GSAPP alumni and prospective students are invited to attend.


An exhibition of GSAPP student work created for the Advanced VI Architecture Studio led by Rachaporn Choochuey in the Spring 2024 semester is on display at the Jim Thompson Farm. You may also browse select studio work online.

Rachaporn Choochuey
Rachaporn Choochuey is a Design Director of all(zone), a design practice in Bangkok. The studio is fascinated by ever-changing mega tropical metropolises that give form to their everyday life.

Choochuey received her B.Arch from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, MSAAD from Columbia University, and Ph.D. in Architecture History from The University of Tokyo. She was a faculty member of the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University from 2002-2022 and regularly gives lectures and teaches internationally. In 2022, she was the Louis I. Kahn Assistant Visiting Professor at Yale School of Architecture.
