B•SIDE

Thu, Nov 20    11:30am

B•SIDE is a student-run experimental publication at Columbia GSAPP that explores the spaces beside architecture: adjacent practices, peripheral influences, and the small, material traces that shape how we design and remember.

This event will introduce B•SIDE as a new student-run publication at Columbia GSAPP and open up some of the questions we have been working with around objects, drawing, memory, and practices that sit beside architecture.

As part of the launch, we will be sharing our B•SIDE publication project along with a new journal developed in collaboration with Flores and Prats, and hosting a short conversation with architect Ricardo Flores, artist and translator Ebti, architect and writer Amelyn Ng, and members of the B•SIDE team.

B•SIDE is supported by the MS AAD Advanced Architectural Design Program.
