Hybrid Residential Infrastructures

Studio-X Rio
Mar 9, 2017 - May 20, 2017

(English)

The exhibition is the result of the winner of the 2016 American Institute of Architects studio prize, coordinated by professors Juan Herreros and Ignacio Galán at Columbia GSAPP. It was based on “Fight, Occupy, Resist,” a study conducted by Studio-X Rio from 2015 to 2016 examining social movements that fight for housing in Brazil, as well as the theme of “typological corrections” in architecture.
