“Land After Luxury” speculates the agro-ecological potentials of Puerto Rico’s rural spaces. It takes specific efforts to problematize and subvert the resort golf course typology to create a regenerative farming coop that enables food sovereignty and political independence from the mainland United States. The project occupies and reclaims a golf course in Caguas, Puerto Rico, and institutes a new way to build with a regenerative, community-supportive, climate-aware vision.
