Two unique towers host 225 ocular dwellings in the Bronx. The masses conceptualize architectural spaces vis-à-vis perspectives from both the outside and within. The interior/exterior relationship drives the question: What does it mean to see and be seen in an urban setting? How might one live between these two situations?
