This project investigates how leisure can redefine a city and respond to public citizens rather than private consumers. Referencing a section of the Downtown Athletic Club, it proposes a pedestrian bridge spanning from Manhattan to Queens over Roosevelt Island. The project aims to build new juxtapositions and program adjacencies within a public infrastructure.
