For this project, I invented a geometric aggregation system that uses a diagonally-connectable unit to achieve a typological concept, Inter-Media Library, which encourages people to have more interactive or accidental experiences. This two-sided panel composition integrates many aspects of architecture such as programs, materiality, form, structure, and mechanical. Even though only one geometry is used, it produces a distinctive façade expression and various spatial qualities with three types of unit scale, two surface materials, and four enclosure types. Finally, this library introduces a new rhythm into the city as well as new spatial experiences reminiscent of a hill and cave.
