This prototype grocery store is located on an underutilized traffic median in Harlem. By transforming typical aisles into an open-air food vending bar, this proposal creates a more transparent shopping experience on the ground level. Cafe dining, cooking classes, and hydroponic farming demonstrations take place on the mezzanine level.
