Development Proposal for 465 Baltic Street

New York City is in the midst of an affordable housing crisis, and 465 Baltic will capitalize on it to neutralize all demand risk. By providing units at 6 distinct income tiers ranging from 40% AMI to 160% AMI, 465 Baltic will be a true mixed income community allowing existing Gowanus residents to remain, and attracting new residents to the area.
