Our project is a 294-unit affordable housing complex in the South Bronx that promotes collaborative production and sustainable living. The site has great potential to become a sustainable community and our design responds to local opportunities, including Bronx Documentary Center, a local landmark and cultural center; two educational facilities and two existing neighborhood gardens. The project is designed to create a new neighborhood that can help reshape the public green space as well as reintroduce urban density in the South Bronx.
