The proposal imagines the US Embassy in Vietnam as a space of saturation: of messages and messaging devices. The architecture of this embassy employs media dispersion techniques that were used by the US in the Vietnam War, to physicalize and advance the narrative of diplomacy that the US plays out in Vietnam today.
