Liquid landscape is a series of fragments and buoyant infrastructure enhancing the human experience of retreat. The proposal is to introduce a water ecosystem that generates a range of physical, chemical, and biological compositions of water to create a spectrum of blueness in the Tomkins Cove Quarry.
