The project is a proposed web of after school programs scattered around in the Upper West Side, connecting the existing separated communities of schools and residences in the area. The bubble is not only a neighborhood school for the local students but also a shared living room for the residents who live around. The racial segregation will be gradually dispelled as people from varied backgrounds share space and time in those bubbles, which are the intersection between divided communities.
