Building on the Block is for the community advocates of Melrose who seek the betterment of their surroundings—a community of all ages who are willing to become active participants of their own built environment. Through this facility, residents have the means to take on ownership of the Block and, through its furtherance, participate in an experience of inheritance, restoration, and development.
