This project addresses two scenarios: present- and post-pandemic. Humanity and socializing are our top concerns. To rehabilitate the street and its occupants, this project proposes plugging a treatments center into the public infrastructure to increase independence and introduce new possibilities for socializing. During the post-pandemic time, the obsolete program would be replaced with a flexible program that responds to the new era.
