Our project will seek to secure the long-term future of Westbeth and the preservation of
the existing 360 artists houses through cash flow generated from our new towers. We will do this by rebuilding the south structures to house retail, F&B and community facilities on the first 2 floors. There would then be a combination of market rental and affordable housing in two new buildings, totaling 161 units. We would seek to do this with as-of-right development. We would carry out renovation works to the existing artists houses and common areas. We would create new outdoor areas as well as retaining and activating the existing courtyard. We would be seeking to take a developer fee for our involvement.
