Heterogeneous Platform

Big versus small is an eternal argument for humanity, especially in the political and cultural context. When the volume of the building is too large, an unbalanced sense of alienation can quickly occur. But, if it is too small, it is easy to be ideologically constrained. There is a high line project in southern New York that was constructed with the goal of building a railway renovation project suitable for community integration. But, it turned out that the project ultimately became a visitor center and lost contact with the community. The vessel at the end of the high line is about to be demolished because its features are too inconsistent with the urban texture. I hope to experiment with designing a heterogeneous platform. How can we integrate this platform into the Bronx community?
