Google Meets

GSAPP’s alternative VC tool, for adhoc collaboration and meetings

Google Meet is simple to use and does not have the same duration or access limitations as Zoom.

To start a Google Meet:

· Open your LionMail in a web browser (as you would to read/write email).

· Click on the 9-dot Google Apps icon and select “Meet.”

· Click “New Meeting.”

· Choose either “Start an instant meeting” or “Create a meeting for later.”

· Copy the meeting link that appears and share it with your students and GSAPP as per below
