Vincent de Rijk
Response by Josh Jordan and Dan Wood

Vincent de Rijk is one of the most well-known architectural model makers in Europe. He graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven with an industrial design degree. His proximity to the architectural scene in Rotterdam has resulted in a multitude of rich collaborations that most notably include Rem Koolhaas, OMA and MVRDV. His material innovations have contributed greatly to the practice of modeling and the fabrication of the designed objects.
