As a tax partner in PwC’s New York asset management practice, Dan works closely with clients in the real estate industry. He is motivated by solving the most complex and technical tax issues, and he brings passion to his work on global real estate funds, publicly traded REITs, real estate investors and developers, and infrastructure funds.
Dan is viewed as a visionary leader whose heart is in his work. His love for solving complex tax issues is contagious. He brings over 26 years of experience sharing his perspective and knowledge across a broad array of issues facing the real estate and infrastructure industries. He has written about many industry issues from open ended to tax funds to tax technology and is frequently requested as a speaker at real estate industry events.
Dan earned his MBA in Taxation and Finance from Temple University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Urban Land Institute, and American Institute of CPAs.
