Adjunct Assistant Professor

Master of Architecture

Erica Goetz AIA is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia GSAPP and the founding principal of Studio Goetz. Her office is currently working on a Tribeca triplex penthouse, a Brooklyn townhouse renovation, offices for a television production studio in Manhattan, a Park Avenue loft and a Los Angeles pool house. Prior to opening her own studio, Goetz worked for Guy Nordenson Associates, OMA, DS+R and Matthew Baird Architects.

Goetz received her Masters of Architecture from Princeton University after studying art and anthropology at Wellesley College. She earned the Susanne Kolarick Underwood Design Excellence award, the Salutatorian Henry Adams AIA Certificate, the Howard Crosby Butler Traveling Fellowship and the AIA Young Architects Award. In addition to Columbia, she also teaches at Parsons The New School for Design and has previously taught at Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture and Princeton University School of Architecture.
