Kevin McQueen

Kevin McQueen is a financier, strategist, and educator in community development finance and impact investing. He is currently the Director of Lending at The Leviticus Fund. This community development financial institution invests in equitable economy and real estate ventures in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. In addition, he is the Lincoln Institute Senior Fellow at Grounded Solutions Network, where he directs a national initiative to create acquisition funds for community land trusts. Kevin is also a partner in the consulting firm BWB Solutions, LLC, which helps strengthen organizations committed to social impact. He previously worked in the community development finance and corporate banking industry with Capital Impact Partners, Citigroup, and NatWest.

Kevin was a part-time faculty member with the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment at The New School and a recipient of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy Curriculum Innovation Award. Kevin is a board member of Change Machine, a technology-based social enterprise, and holds an A.B. with honors from Brown University.
