Shai Shamir

Mr. Shamir is the CEO of Brack Capital Real Estate, a leading international owner, developer and manager of large scale real estate ventures. Over the past two decades Brack Capital has acted as a principal in investments of over $10 Billion.

Mr. Shamir joined Brack Capital in 2003 and has since been involved in business development, structured finance, acquisitions, construction and asset management activities. In recent years he took part of the acquisitions, deal structuring and development of numerous hotel projects, residential ground-up developments and condominium conversions. In addition, he led the development of the 114 rooms James Hotel NYC, the 230 rooms CitizenM Times Square and the recent opening of the 295 rooms Hotel Indigo Lower East Side.

Prior to his work at Brack Capital, Mr. Shamir was an entrepreneur, owning and managing several private businesses.

Mr. Shamir holds an MS degree from the Real Estate program at Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from the Tel Aviv University
