William Martin

William Martin is a design technologist and product leader currently serving as cofounder of Spatial Pixel, an AI research and design studio focused on empowering people with digital and spatial agency.

His work includes building digital tools and exploring applications of generative artificial intelligence to spatial reasoning, design, and experience.

He has taught a range of subjects including design computation, structural engineering, and application development at the Yale University School of Architecture, New York Institute of Technology, and General Assembly.

William served as director of AI at Consensys, a web3 and blockchain software company; led product management, R+D partnerships, and product strategy at technology companies like VMware, Pivotal Software, and Recycle Track Systems; and built web apps and machine learning systems as a software engineer.

He holds a Master’s in Architecture and Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
