Robert Wertheimer

Adjunct Professor

Robert Wertheimer has been teaching at Columbia GSAPP as Adjunct Professor since Spring 2016.

Mr. Wertheimer is a Senior Counsel in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, development and finance matters, representing entrepreneurial investors, prominent real estate individuals and families, as well as institutional and investment fund clients. He has significant international experience as well as domestic, and takes particular pride in representing a number of not-for-profits and public agencies.

Mr. Wertheimer is listed in Chambers USA as a Band 2 Attorney, profiled in Legal 500-Real Estate (US), and recognized in Who’s Who Legal (Real Estate), New York Super Lawyers, New York’s Best Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America.
