The Ministry of Urban Agriculture and Food Sovereignty focuses on transparency, equatable spaces for production and consumption of food; invites a global representation of cultural exchange through culinary cuisine and food innovation. This initiative reimagines food systems as an interconnected system of “tubes,” highlighting structural, functional, programmatic, and organizational elements. By integrating visible machinery and exposed systems—such as mechanical ducts and water infrastructure—into the architecture, the project makes these components prominent features. This transparency aims to deepen public understanding of food production processes and foster appreciation. It encourages global cultural exchange through diverse culinary experiences and food innovation. The project aspires to create a vibrant environment where food becomes a central element of urban infrastructure, enriching and shaping the community.
