P-Block Apartments

The P-Block Apartments (Pond Block Apartments) were designed to make the most of the space and provide an exceptional living experience in the West Harlem neighborhood. With a variety of amenities—from libraries to creative spaces—residents have everything they need right at their doorstep. The standout feature of the complex is the man-made pond at the heart of the courtyard, which not only serves as a beautiful focal point but also collects and filters rainwater for sustainable use. Throughout the year, the pond transforms into a versatile recreational hub: a refreshing cool-down spot in the summer, an ice skating rink in the winter, and a roller skating rink come spring. With this innovative water feature, residents enjoy a dynamic outdoor space that offers year-round enjoyment, right outside their door.
