This project supports Colectivo Chilpancingo of Tijuana, Mexico, and allied initiatives in transforming Arroyo Alamar from a landscape of extraction into one of ecological regeneration, communal repair, and cultural reciprocity for women and their families. Moving away from top-down water governance, it proposes a cultural shift rooted in neighbourhood-scale collective action. The project develops care-based infrastructures that connect social wellbeing with ecological health.
