The layering of walls provokes curiosity and encourages children to meander and navigate through space. The spatial experience provides multiple paths that lead to the same location where children can pause and share their unique experiences even though they’re inhabiting the same playground. The playground celebrates the communal aspect of play by allowing children to share both spaces and experiences. In addition to traditional building materials, finishes consist of sponge- and velvet-like material.
