This project relies on density to re-define the conventional core system and repetitive planar condition typical of a loft building. Vertical elements act not only as structural and infrastructural elements but also as spatial fields that organize a series of programs. The distribution of multi-functional elements eliminates the traditional boundary separating the core area, allowing larger spaces to be inhabited.
