To counter the abstraction of geography, Cedar Exodus narrates the migration of cedar trees as asylum-seekers searching for new territories. Under the new climatic regime, the cedar’s ecological comfort zone is moving up to higher altitudes, yet presently the displaced tree can’t claim territorial rights like refugees.
