This project questions the visual social boundaries that exist in both sides of Amsterdam Avenue. Through introducing passive design strategies of heat gain and an operable double skin, the architectural design aims to bridge the socioeconomic gap in Amsterdam Housing by enhancing living conditions and the wellness of its inhabitants.
