The Regenerative Connection

Food production creates 25% of global CO2 emissions, therefore a growing number of farms in the Hudson Valley are practicing regenerative farming. This project aims to help these farmers by providing critical processing and distribution infrastructure, a place to promote regenerative farming. Gradually, these small farms will be competitive and encourage transition to larger-scale regenerative farming practices as well as distribute better quality food more affordably to the residents of cities along the river and beyond.
